Extraterrestrial sightings: I wish to state
for the record that I have been a speaker at
the ECETI.org Conference held at the ECETI
Ranch at Trout Lake, WA at the foot of Mt.
Adams, WA in July 2006, 2007, and 2008 on
the subject of Exopolitics, and have
witnessed ultradimensional intelligently
powered craft on sky watches in the evening
sessions after the Conference day sessions
are complete in each time I attended.
Specifically, on the evening of July 5, 2008
between 10:30 PM and 1:30 AM on July 6,
2008, I witnessed a total of approximately
fifteen (15) ultradimensional craft which at
different times visibly navigated across the
skies above me and about 300 assembled
witnesses. These craft appeared to
intelligently signal the witnesses in a
benign fashion.
In my professional opinion, this manifestly
benign ET presence requires citizen-approved
extraterrestrial affairs commissions such as
the Denver ballot initiative.
I make this statement in order to support
the Denver ballot initiative and urge voters
to approve this historic and far-sighted
measure.
