Obama Offered Extraterrestrial Briefing

Sen. Barack Obama has been
offered a briefing by Denver
resident Jeff Peckman on Extraterrestrial
visitors to Earth. The briefing information
provided to Presidents Reagan and
Clinton
is now available at
http://www.extracampaign.org/ , the
web site for Peckman’s ballot initiative to
create an Extraterrestrial Affairs
Commission in Denver.
President Reagan’s UFO/ET briefing at
Camp David March 6-8, 1981 is
described in a twenty-one page alleged
transcript that was declassified from “Top
Secret” last October 2007. The document
suggests that CIA Director William Casey and
several other unnamed advisors revealed
facts about UFOs and ETs that
clearly astonished Reagan. Prior to becoming
president, Reagan had reported seeing at
least two UFO’s of extraterrestrial origin.
In a televised primary debate last October,
Sen. Obama was asked if he agreed that
“there is life beyond Earth”. Obama replied,
“…I don’t know and I don’t presume to know”.
Peckman said, “Obama needs to know because
in a recent AOL News poll, out of more than
135,000 online voters, 93% believed life
exists elsewhere in the universe and 81%
believed Extraterrestrial beings have
visited Earth. Scientific polls on the same
questions have shown similar results, and
also that the vast majority of Americans
believe the government is not telling the
truth about the UFO/ET issue”.
Peckman expressed his belief that "Sen.
Obama can get a better briefing from private
citizens than he can get if elected
president." The day after his inauguration,
President Jimmy Carter requested information
on the UFO/ET issue but was denied the
material by CIA Director George Bush Sr. Key
Republicans like Bush Sr. are reported to
have a big role in keeping information about
UFOs from the public.
President Clinton was also not allowed a
briefing from high level government
officials. Instead he had to rely in large
part on credible witness testimony from
former high-ranking military, intelligence
agency, and government contractor personnel
organized by Dr. Steven Greer of the
Disclosure Project.
To make more such testimony available,
Peckman is asking the Democratic Party to
include a plank in their platform with the
objectives of the Disclosure Project:
• To hold open, secrecy-free hearings on the
UFO/Extraterrestrial presence on and
around Earth.
• To hold open hearings on advanced energy
and propulsion systems that, when publicly
released, will provide solutions to global
environmental challenges.
• To enact legislation which will ban all
space-based weapons.
• To enact comprehensive legislation to
research, develop and explore space
peacefully and cooperatively with all
cultures on Earth and in space.
If Sen. Obama’s campaign or the Democratic
Party does not respond, Peckman is
unconcerned and said “My offer is just a
courtesy to Sen. Obama and a challenge to
him and other candidates to be as well
informed as the public will be on this issue
through the Extra Campaign. Obama wants to
offer NASA more money even though for
decades NASA has routinely removed images of
Extraterrestrial beings and their vehicles
from NASA videos and photos, while asking
for billions of dollars a year to look for
signs of life in outer space. This is
another great opportunity for Obama to
support truth, accountability and real
change in the 60-year campaign of denial and
disinformation regarding UFO’s and
Extraterrestrial visitors.”
