RNN: Paola, thank you for doing this
interview. You yourself are famous for your
accurate "word for word Interviews". Do you
include interviews in your new book How does
one speak to a Ball of light?
PAOLA: Yes, I have many!
The field is very complex as I realized that
we as a UFO culture concentrate too much on
the " Grey" beings as the only alien race. I
was told that there are at least 57
catalogued in the Pentagon . The "
disembodied intelligences that appear in
places like Caronia Marittima in Sicily are
balls of light. So my new book is entitled :
Exopolitics: How Does One Speak to a Ball of
Light? The book has many interviews. Some
include Ex Canadian Minister of defense Paul
Hellyer, Dr. Edgar Mitchell, Dr. Steven
Greer, Dr. Dan Burisch, Al Bielik, Colonel
Corso and the Famous Einstein- Oppenheimer
letter discussing the protocols of Future
contact from 1947.
RNN: Who is included in these interviews and
who do you consider the most accurate of
testimonies?
PAOLA: Mostly those from the military, ex-intelligence
people and astronauts. They are passionate
about disclosure as they reach the end of
their lives. They trust me to write exactly
what they tell me.
RNN: You talk about Protocols and Challenges
for Future Contact. Can you discuss this?
PAOLA: We are way past the sightings stage.
We know there has been contact and we are
being observed from space and I believe many
Cosmic Cultures may be walking among us now.
But no one has prepared humanity. That is
why I have graduated to the academic
discipline of Exopolitics. It talks about
preparation and about creating public
policies on a citizen diplomacy level. I am
coordinating this with a group of very
prepared young ufologists in Europe for Dr.
Michael Salla's Exopolitics Institute. One
of the protocols deals with distinguishing
their stuff from "Our" stuff from Crop
Circles to back-engineered craft. There is
copy-cat phenomena . If we don't learn to do
this, we could be lead into a false space
war.
RNN: Why did the Government not consider
this interaction before or do you think they
did?
PAOLA: The government,and we need to be
careful talking about a structure that has
changed so many people since 1947, has their
hands tied. It is the secret or shadow
government that runs this and the right hand
does not understand what the left hand is
doing. So we have been advised that we must
put pressure on the powers that be and get
our facts straight. Other countries are
stepping up to the plate, for instance
France, Brazil, England even Ireland but the
big obstacle is the United States who has
the most at stake, having the most exotic of
technologies. However have you noticed how
the media coverage has changed from the
coverage of CNN's Larry King Live and James
Fox with Out of the Blue, the movie? Also
the serious conversation that David
Letterman had with Jeff Peckman on Prime
Time is a milestone for disclosure. It is
almost as if the media has broken away from
transnational control. It is developing its
own sense of integrity and responsibility.
I'm impressed.
RNN: Define Exopolitics. Will there be
another x-conference?
PAOLA: Exopolitics is the study of the
Extraterrestrial presence on Earth and its
implications for Humanity. I do not think
that much will ever come out of Washington
D.C. or any election. Although, I do herald
the passionate efforts of Steven Bassett and
I have spoken at three X-conferences, having
brought the Vatican 's Monsignore Balducci
to speak at one of them. I would rather
sponsor this academic study in the
universities and colleges and have our young
people brainstorm how we deal with this.
RNN: Speaking of Exopilitics, following
Vatican chief astronomer Father Jose Gabriel
Funes's recent interview saying it's okay
for Catholics to believe in Aliens, Tom Horn
wrote an article for us called Is the
Vatican easing humanity toward alien
disclosure? He pointed out how Funes was
just the latest in a string of Vatican
authorities including Guy Consolmagno,
Monsignor Corrado Balducci, the now deceased
Father Malachi Martin and others who in
recent history provided carefully crafted
language that almost seems to be designed to
help church faithful face the possibility of
ET contact. Consolmagno went so far as to
the say the chances of finding ET are now
better than not. Do you think the Vatican
has ET evidence of some kind?
PAOLA: Of course. They have a massive stake
in integrating this reality with religion.
It is a reality, you know! We are not alone!
The Vatican has an incredible observatory in
Arizona and many conversations have taken
place between the late Pope about this at
the Holy See. They probably have historical
documents buried deep inside the Vatican
libraries. This phenomena has been around
since early civilization. It is not
clear,however, where the current Holy Father
is going with all this. There seems to be
some rush towards disclosure perhaps due to
some unknown event.
RNN: In the several interviews we have done
with Jesse Marcel Jr. on radio and news
print, we asked him a question that often
comes up about UFOs and religion. Jesse is a
devout Catholic and like some of the high
profile church astronomers that have been in
the news recently talking about the
possibility of intelligent alien life, he
agrees that contact with extraterrestrials
or some other proof of their existence is
not in conflict with church teachings. I
realize you are an investigative reporter,
but have you given any thought to this
question concerning the spiritual or
psychological ramifications of what Roswell
may represent with regard to people's
religious ideas?
PAOLA: There is no separation. Most
religions have great Teachers, Guides and
Masters who like Jesus keep asking us to
love one another and to love GOD. If we had
obeyed these teachings, we would not be the
primitive, cruel and selfish people we have
become. Cosmic Cultures are saying, like the
great Masters, " either grow up and evolve
or you will self destruct"! They are very
much on the same page as I see it. I just
hope we make this shift from our own
"enlightenment" and not from some
catastrophe.
RNN: What do you make of the latest Indiana
Jones film and what it ties to Roswell.
PAOLA: The movie is not about what flies in
the air but "the lies on the ground"! There
is such secrecy in our democratic government
that the movie is one "unveiling" after lie
another . But I wish they would stop
portraying all aliens as " greys" because we
have many that resemble us! Roswell is just
the symbol of a governmental cover-up and
the crystal skull is an example of the
potential for advance communication devices
as well as the power of the human psyche
that probably could communicate with the
stars without the use of " ancient radio
telescopes"! How silly!
RNN: David Flynn is presenting at Roswell
this year. His lecture will be based on an
amazing article he wrote for Raiders News
Network and which we also got published in
UFO Magazine. The name of the article was An
Occult Translation of the Roswell Event and
the Year 2012. I don't know if you read it,
but he tied the Mountain of Horeb which he
calls a place where ET descended once before
(the legend of the Watchers), the
measurements 33.33 and 2012, directly with
the crash site of Roswell. His bottom line
is that the Roswell crash site is, in his
mind, an intelligent marker pointing to the
year 2012 and the return of the gods /
aliens. Have you heard about this, and, if
not, do you think there could have been some
mystical value to the actual location of the
crash site?
PAOLA: Absolutely. There is a definite
connection to ritual and what we call "the
occult". I do not think we understand "energy"
amplification yet! My first book is called
Connecting the Dots: Making Sense of the UFO
phenomena and addresses this too. Look at
Richard Hoagland's work on hyper-dimensional
geometry.
Roswell was a gift and New Mexico holds a
particular energy. Colonel Corso explained
this to me. Why are Burt Rutan and Richard
Branson making a Spaceport there? I think we
are shifting from a Earth based populous to
one who can communicate with the stars.
RNN: You speak of Human looking Aliens. What
stories are you covering?
PAOLA: The Maurizio Cavallo Story is one of
three cases in Italy. It is on my website
www.paolaharris.com. He just released Beyond
the Heavens with Authorhouse and he lives in
Piedmonte(Turin) area of Italy. In 1981, he
took Polaroid photos of ETs and was told to
keep them for ten years. His story is very
complex and needs to be examined.
RNN: Why do you think these two books Mass
Contact and Beyond Heaven that speak of
human looking aliens who have Underwater
Bases were disclosed in ITALY this year?
PAOLA: It is part of some mysterious " slow
processed release of information, as Richard
Hoagland puts it," a time released aspirin"
scenario. In our jargon, they say" something
is coming down"! Italy is a forerunner in
disclosure because the proof of these aliens
contacting politicians and church members
near Pescara on the Adriatic coast in 1957
is unmistakable. Underwater bases figure
greatly in the fact that some races are here!
RNN: You showed pictures of aliens who walk
amongst us when you did your talk at Probe,
what convinced you these were really aliens?
PAOLA: The photos are Polaroid, old
Polaroids and are hard to fake and there was
no Photoshop at the time. The faces have
distinctive eyes. But in the end,most proof
lies in the credibility of the contactee. It
is quite difficult to determine this and for
this reason I have delayed covering contact
stories. They become tainted.
RNN: You also talked about Orbs or light
Phenomena. What do you think these represent?
PAOLA: Energy. Sometimes disembodied
intelligence in the rooms. I think it could
include the inter-dimensional spirit world
or aliens world or "all of the above" which
is the name of my next book. Digital
technology and infrared cameras are
capturing this world. We will be making
great many discoveries in the future. There
is an invisible world of energy we do not
see out there.
RNN: You talk of Sts-75 Orbs in Space. Why
do you compare them to Orbs?
PAOLA: They are not amoeba nor space debris
as they move back and forth and accelerate
speeds. They appear as intelligent pulsating
lights at a high frequency. It is all about
" our" frequency as advanced Quantum Physics
tells us. Maybe lowering the frequency will
show a craft, solid as ever. Whatever those
hundreds of lights were, they were
interested in that satellite. NASA knows
this.
RNN: After all these years, do you still
believe the message of Col. Phillip Corso?
Tell us about him, and your experience.
PAOLA: He said there was going to be a " new
World If we could Take it"! This interview
is in the new Revised Version of Connecting
the Dots published by Authorhouse. I have
much material given to me and my editor of
Area 51 magazine in Italy. Maurizio Baiata.
RNN: Did the Canadian Government Minister
give you further proof?
PAOLA: He basically told me as he stated in
my book Exoplitics: How Does One Speak to A
Ball Of Light? that Ufos were as real as
Airplanes and we must know the truth in
order to make enlightened policy decisions
and before spending billions of dollars on
things like the proposed " missile Shield".
He asked " Who is it protecting us against?"
He is very well informed and like Colonel
Corso, he is one very courageous individual.

RNN: Do you think the Disclosure process is
moving along at a fast rate? If so, what
events convince you of this?
PAOLA: All of the Above. All the media
coverage mentioned. Everything we have had
the freedom and the privilege to discuss now
in this interview
RNN: Talk about the 61st anniversary of
Roswell and why people should attend.
PAOLA: First of all, Roswell is the Mecca of
Ufology. It is a time for entire families to
see the UfO Museum , to attend the lectures
and become informed. It happened in Roswell.
Europeans dream of coming here! It is a
gathering; it is fun. It is where it's all
happening.
